What is this appeal for?

  • To raise public awareness about Bipolar Disorder
  • To raise the profile of mental health
  • To raise funds for medical research grants

How will the funds be used?

Funds will be combined with sponsorship monies to raise awareness by two expeditions, create a documentary, and establish workplace programs; monies will be given to Australian Rotary Health Research Fund to distribute as medical research grants.

Key areas of expenditure for funds donated:

  • Medical research into Bipolar Disorder
  • Awareness raising and education programs
