Ivanhoe-Diamond Valley Centre for Intellectually Disabled Adults Inc. aims to be a creative and responsive organisation which exists to maximise the opportunities and choices for people with disabilities enabling them to attain their potential in everyday living. The organisation, in collaboration with families and carers is committed to enabling and supporting clients to participate as they choose in their community.

Ivanhoe-Diamond Valley Centre (IDVC) provides a range of services to people who have disabilities. The services include:

• Adult Training and Support Service (ATSS) provides training and support to approximately 110 clients across two sites.
• Supported Employment (Business ) Service: provides employment opportunities to approximately 30 clients. Clients are employed within a component construction/packaging/ manufacturing buiness service.
• Residential Services: IDV manages 3 residential houses (CRU's) in the local community.

IDV is a non-profit organisation governed by a voluntary Committee of Management. During the last 10 years the number of people to whom IDV provides services has grown from 94 clients (19 staff) to 157 clients (between 50 and 60 staff).
