Recent Accomplishments of Renegade Linedancers:

Local resident, Lorraine, together with her friend June, started a Linedance club simply as a short term plan to raise funds for the local school. Now over 20 years later, the club is one of the largest in the area with regular classes at the Wanneroo Sports Club.

The original fund raising principles are still very much a part of the clubs activities, with contributions to charity groups such as the Wheelchairs for Kids, RSPCA, and the Emergency Food Bank.

The Renegades also support other fund raising activities by attending Linedance Socials organized by other clubs.

The clubs activities are not just restricted to the local area, the club makes regular visits to other Linedance clubs as far away as Geraldton, Busselton and York.

By mixing good companionship with a love of dancing, the club continues to flourish and hopes to attract even more members as the area develops further.
