Nationally the Association provides support for people with Cardiomyopathy, their families and friends. This is by regular social and informative meetings in several States, newsletters and a phone link service.

The aims of the Association are to:

• To provide accurate and up to date information about cardiomyopathy to members, their famiilies and those in the medical profession.
• To provide the opportunity for individuals and their families to share their experiences and to support one another.
• To increase the public awareness of cardiomyopathy.
• To foster medical research in this area.
