Twenty10's mission is to provide and promote opportunities, choices and support to young people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, same-sex attracted or gender-questioning. We work with young people, their families and communities to ensure that these young people have more opportunities to participate fully in, and influence, their society.
Twenty10 is a long-standing community based, non-profit and state-wide organisation which works to achieve its mission through:
- Individual support for GLBT youth, offering professional case management and counselling to address their needs, and acting as a conduit to other services;
- Group programs which enable GLBT youth to build relationships and connections in a safe and supportive environment;
- Community education and capacity building;
- Providing information and advice to GLBT young people, families, organisations and the community at large.

Twenty10 is an active member of the GLBT community and the youth sector in NSW. We provide welfare support services to those GLBT young people most in need, group and social activities, and training for regional services wanting to improve their accessibility to GLBT young people in their local area.

Since celebrating their 25 year in 2006, Twenty10 has continued to grow and expand the range of services they provide.
Twenty10 is a recognised leader in service provision to GLBT communities, both nationally and internationally.

Case management and counselling provided to GLBT young people in need. Medium term accommodation service is available.
Twenty10 runs a busy drop-in centre in Newtown, Sydney that includes laundry and shower facilities, food, internet access and activities.
Twenty10 also runs social support groups in North Sydney, Hornsby and Newtown.
