Help The Poorest People On Earth Help The Poorest People On Earth
By: Ethiopiaid

What is this appeal for?
Ethiopia is one of the poorest countries on Earth.
  • 16% of children die before their fifth birthday (WHO)
  • Only 31% of children attend primary school (UNICEF)
  • Most Ethiopians subsist on less than $4 each day (World Bank)

We believe that the best way to solve these problems is to support local Ethiopian projects. Our beneficiaries are Ethiopians who have solutions to some of their country's problems but need a little financial help. They work to reduce poverty, improve healthcare and enhance education for the poorest people in Ethiopia.

Raising funds gives everybody the chance to make a difference to people's lives in Ethiopia.

How will the funds be used?
Funds will be given to Ethiopian projects working to reduce poverty, improve healthcare and enhance education.

Key areas of expenditure for funds donated:
  • Relieving poverty;
  • Preserving and protecting health;
  • Advancing education;
  • of the people of Ethiopia who are in need
Is this appeal tax deductible? No
Will I receive a receipt for my donation? Yes, automatically sent to you by email when approved.
