Welcome to the Community Financial Centre, which has been established by Our Community and Westpac to help community groups get better banking services and to help improve the financial literacy and resources for their staff and board members.

Westpac and Our Community are working together to improve banking in six areas:

• A better range of banking products - Community Solutions is the answer
• Better customer service - Call 1300 660 953 for support
• Better financial literacy - We have provided a range of free resources
• Providing practical and innovative resources for the Treasurers of Australian community groups - Get your Free Treasurer's Guide
• Access to the Australian Giving Centre at www.ourcommunity.com.au/giving - which allows Australians to give to a community group of their choice and also provides free access to online donations for community groups
• Developing the 'Community Financial Centre' as the banking and finance services hub for all community groups
