Practice makes a grant application perfect
"A key component of any fundraising strategy is grants. Of course everyone wants to know what the secret to a winning grant is. The fact of the matter is that there is no secret.
In the end it's simply a case of practise makes perfect. The more applications you write the better understanding you have of what is required of you, what works and what doesn't. Not every grant application will be successful but over time your chances should improve."
