Donating Your Organs

By being an organ donor you could save or improve the lives of up to 10 people with serious or life-threatening illnesses.

More than 30,000 Australians have received transplants in the last sixty years and most have happy productive lives.

By joining the 'donor register', you make a contribution to the Australian community, even if you never end up becoming a donor.

It is important to discuss your wishes with your family so they can make sure your wishes are considered.
