What is this appeal for?

As we are a volunteer based organisation based in Australia but working overseas, we need funds to cover our project costs which include teacher training, curriculum development and publishing, and computers for village schools

How will the funds be used?

The funds will be used for the next phase of our project which involves two teacher training courses for English and Computers for grades 1 and 2, and to provide computers for 27 schools participating in our curriculum pilot.

Purchase of computers for pilot schools
Preparation and delivery of two teacher training courses in Sri Lanka

Is this appeal tax deductible? No

Will I receive a receipt for my donation? Yes, though it will be delayed as it is sent by Partners in Micro-development Inc.
