Community Pool Appeal

What is this appeal for?

The Yuendumu Community Pool was opened on the 27th October 2008. For its ongoing operation it relies upon the generosity of the public. It has already provided employment for many locals, while the 'Yes School, Yes Pool' policy allows children attending school to enter for free, adding a positive incentive to come to class. As part of the long term strategy we also expect the use of the pool to result in a noticeable improvement in health in the community.

To support operational costs for the community swimming pool in Yuendumu
