Putting the Strategy into your Fundraising
"To make Fundraising an exciting and enthusiastically embraced activity. To do this you need a fundraising strategy. You should first elect one person to coordinate all fundraising activities. This person should then list all possible fundraising avenues and then try and match the fundraising methods with your priorities. Try and make fundraising a agenda item at every meeting.
You should then draw up a realistic time table for these fund raising activities, remembering to leave plenty of time to get the funds as it nearly always takes longer than expected. Then present this proposal to your board/council for further discussion."
