Project Respect works with women in the sex industry, including women who have been trafficked to Australia for prostitution.

By supporting Project Respect, you will help us fulfill the criteria below.

Key areas of expenditure for funds donated:

• conduct outreach to women in brothels, in Melbourne and in regional Victoria, and to
• immigration detention where necessary (for trafficked women);
• develop information for women in the sex industry;
• offer support to women in the sex industry;
• run residential workshops, including for women and their children;
• conduct research on trafficking in Australia;
• lobby government for better support for trafficked women, and other women in the sex industry;
• conduct community education about issues facing women in the sex industry.
