What is this appeal for?

Established in 1990 by Petrea King, The Quest for Life Foundation provides a range of residential programs and services that encourage, empower and educate people living with cancer, neurological and other serious illnesses, or who are suffering from grief, stress or trauma and for those who care for them.

How will the funds be used?

Your tax-deductible donation or bequest enables the Quest for Life Foundation to continue and expand its services. Most donations go directly to the provision of subsidised places on programs for people who are unable to financially afford to participate. We also subsidise counselling and massage services for these participants. We are also seeking funds to provide a new accommodation building as we are currently stretched to our limit. This new building will enable us to expand our services and have more people attend each program or stay with us on an as-needs-basis.
