What is this appeal for?

UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide seeks to work in partnership with clients and supporters to empower individuals, strengthen families and build communities. Your ongoing help is needed to allow us to enhance our services to individuals and families to assist them to overcome challenges by building on their strengths and by linking them with other resources.

How will the funds be used?

The funds will be used to provide household "starter grants" to people seeking to live independently in the community (homeless youth and people with a mental health disability).

Funds will also be dispersed into providing enhanced community support, social experiences and the special one to one involvement of social workers with those in need.
