Southern Peninsula Community Care Inc. was established in 1982 as a voluntary, non profit community organisation,assisting residents on the Southern Peninsula.

Our aim is to provide a range of services that deliver not only quality care to eligible people, but also an appropriate social, emotional and intellectual environment for older adults who are frail, socially isolated, or have a disability.

Our services are funded by the AustralianGovernment Department of Health & Ageing,

Victorian Department of Health and the

Commonwealth Respite & Carelink Centre.

    • Overnite Respite

    • Community Outreach

    • IS Care / Individualised Services

    • Medical Transport Service

    • Opportunity Shop

    Accredited training in partnership with RTO's. Couses offered

      • Certificate III & IV in Aged Care

      • Certificate IV and Diploma of Disability

      • Diploma of Community Services

      • Certifiacte IV i Mental Health

      Recent Accomplishments of 39plus:

        • Succesful tender submission to the Department of Health & Ageingto provide overnight respite to clients suffereing with dementia

        • In 2012 the organisations celebrated its 30th birthday

        • We have 89 current active volunteers within the organisation
