Advertise a Board Vacancy
This process is for community groups, government agencies and schools wishing to advertise a board, council or committee of management vacancy.
You can tell us about your organisation and your vacancy by filling in the form below. You will be asked to specify the interest area of your organisation, details about your board (size, meeting regularity etc.), the type of vacancy you are hoping to fill (chair, treasurer, secretary, general board member) and the type of skills sought in new board members.
You will also be asked for a contact name, telephone number and email address. These details will remain confidential. They will not be posted on the Board Matching Service and Good Jobs website or provided to individuals. They will only be used by us to verify your post or to notify you of a potential applicant. Government agencies will be asked to provide contact details as an avenue for potential applicants to express an interest.
Click "Submit board vacancy" when you have finished filling in the form. The details will be sent to Our Community for listing, usually within 24 hours - normally a whole lot quicker.
You will be notified by email if an individual expresses an interest in your board vacancy and it is then up to you to make contact.

Your vacancy will remain "live" on the Board Matching Service and GoodJobs website for two months, unless you ask us to keep it current for longer. You can remove the position at any time by emailing email@example.com.
Please note that the Board Matching Service is offered as a free service to help individuals, community groups and businesses make connections and build better boards. Neither the boards/councils/committees listing vacancies, nor the individuals expressing an interest in those vacancies, are endorsed by Our Community.
