We seek an individual who is passionate and dedicated to creating meaningful change with True To You in the violence prevention space to join our small Board.

True To You is at the forefront of delivering the next generation of violence prevention programs to vulnerable populations. True To You programs are a groundbreaking combination of in-depth personality profiling balanced with ancient and modern wisdom backed by evidence–based research that provide real-world impact in participants lives. Our experience has engaged, schools, NGO’s, government departments, private businesses in Australia and overseas,
Our goal is to provide the individual with dynamic toolkits providing self-agency over their own choices and confidence to respond to suit their specific circumstances and beliefs.

Position Requirements
True To You Values the inherent nature that each individual brings unique knowledge and experiences. Whilst certain skills and attributes are required for the role, connection to community and lived experience are strongly valued. We seek a rational thinker with a big heart. Someone that is confident with numbers and can contribute to writing grants. Someone that does not shy away from networking and collaborating with other organisation's and can develop marketing strategies. You will need to be an Australian Citizen.

- Ability to contribute to chairing meetings, keeping minutes, generating and updating internal documentation and proficiency in computer and technology.
