As the main community services provider in the Inland Pilbara, The Nintirri Centre Inc. is at the heart of our community. We represent a diverse range of sectors and networks, bringing people together, making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

The word Nintirri translates to mean “holding a child on the hip” or “nurturing” in the language ofthe Eastern Guruma People, the traditional owners of the land where the Nintirri Centre is located.

It is with this at our core that we have become and strive to remain a warm, inclusive community hub that walks alongside people through all stages of life and from all walks of life.

We offer support for pregnancies, parenthood, early childhood education and play, health services (incl. Indigenous Health) , and relationship struggles (FDV), business and economic development, art activities and much more. If we can’t help directly, we’ll find someone who can.

Every service at Nintirri serves a meaningfulpurpose, providing guidance and support on various levels to enrich lives and build a thriving community.
