Circular Economy Asia (CEA) is a start-up NGO focusing on skills training, resource management and supply chains. In order to grow, CEA needs to transition to a Company Limited by Guarantee, which is registered with ASIC and then with Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC).
