2025/26 Director Renewal Program
As Life Choice Wide Bay Burnett (Life Choice) moves forward with refreshed strategies; anew CEO and Board Chairman; the Board has endorsed a development program to maintain and replace our Board’s capacity and diverse corporate business knowledge.
A non-for-profit disability service provider, Life Choice has operated within the FraserCoast/Wide Bay area for nearly 30 years.
Life Choice currently has a staff of 135, over 500participants and 9 Board Directors.
Expertise vacancy:
In particular, the Board is seeking people with financial/accounting credentials that can integrate into the board as well as be involved in other committees as required.
The Board meets on a monthly basis with committees meeting separate to the Board.
The appointment:
This role as part of a non-for-profit Board provides strategic direction and governance to ourorganisation, while supplying a sense of fulfilment in giving back to those less fortunate.
The normal term of appointment is for 3 years and is renewable at the AGM.
