Highett Community Financial Services Limited (trading as Community Bank Highett) is currently seeking new Non-Executive Directors to join our volunteer Board and help shape the future of community banking in Bayside Melbourne.

We are looking for Directores with skills in:

  • Community partnerships and stakeholder engagement
  • Legal and governance
  • Marketing, PR or communications
  • Accounting and Finance

If you have financial and governance skills to fill a Treasurer or Company Secretary role that would be an advantage and strong connections with the local community that would be an advantage.

As a Director, you’ll:

  • Attend and contribute to monthly Board meetings
  • Help guide our strategy and support responsible growth
  • Contribute your expertise in areas like risk, governance, marketing or sponsorship
  • Meet face to face with community partners 

Previous board or governance experience (e.g. AICD Company Directors Course) is helpful but not essential. We provide professional development through the Bendigo Bank network.
