Volunteer Committee Member – Power Neighbourhood House
Power Neighbourhood House was established 40 years ago, in 1984 as a place where local residents of all ages can come together and connect with their community. Over the past 40 years the House has provided opportunities for learning, social interaction, referrals and support which has resulted in improved health, social, educational and economic outcomes for our local residents.
Power Neighbourhood House is a place where everyone is supported and empowered to take part in a vibrant, welcoming community. Together, we connect, share, and grow — thriving through the rich contributions of all who join us.
This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the direction and success of Power Neighbourhood House, and to help strengthen our vibrant community.
As a Committee Member, you will play a vital role in the governance, strategic direction, and sustainability of the House. You’ll work alongside a team of passionate community leaders and professionals, contributing your knowledge and insight to help us grow our support and impact.
If you believe in the power of community and want to help shape the future of Power Neighbourhood House, we’d love to hear from you.
