Any further information about this vacancy:

We are seeking a board member who is passionate and committed to the City of Port Phillip community and its wellbeing. 

Preference for those individuals who have some current or previous association with this geograghical region.

Experience with communications, marketing, fundraising and philanthropy would be advantagous.

Understanding of community foundations would be helpful but not essential.

Board meetings held monthly at the end of the day (approx 4-6pm).

This in a operational board that requires some additional time committment outside of board meetings.
