Board Member – Quadball Australia (Volunteer Position)

Location: Australia-wide (remote role – applicants from all states and territories encouraged) Commitment: Part-time, volunteer (approx. 6–8 hours per month)

Experience level: Board or committee experience preferred, but not required

About Quadball Australia Quadball Australia is the national governing body for the sport of Quadball in Australia, supporting teams, players, and community development across the country. While the majority of our current membership is based in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, we are committed to growing the sport nationwide and welcome involvement from all regions.

The Opportunity We are currently seeking passionate and engaged individuals to join our National Board. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing, inclusive sport. We are especially interested in candidates who can bring fresh perspectives and diverse experiences to the board.

You’ll be involved in strategic planning, community engagement, governance, and supporting the development of Quadball across Australia.

What We’re Looking For: We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and levels of experience. While previous board or committee experience is beneficial, it is not required. We're looking for people who:

  • Are passionate about inclusive and community-driven sport

  • Bring unique skills or perspectives to the table (e.g. diversity, regional representation, strategy, finance, marketing, governance, etc.)

  • Are willing to contribute time and energy to help Quadball grow across Australia

  • Are team players with strong communication and collaboration skills
