Mum Walk is a charity on a mission to end the motherhood loneliness crisis and make sure no mum walks through motherhood alone. 90% of mums report feeling lonely after birth and 1 in 5 will experience postpartum depression. We're here to change those statistics and stop mums being stuck in survival mode. We offer free weekly walks across the country to help mums connect, move their bodies and be in nature. This program is proven to improve the mental health outcomes of mums.
