The Alcohol and Other Drug Consumer & Community Coalition (AODCCC) is the peak body for alcohol and other drug consumer and community informed systemic advocacy in Western Australia. Our mission is to promote the interest’s education and welfare of those affected by alcohol and other drugs. 

Are you passionate about good governance, financial transparency, and community impact? We’re seeking a dedicated Treasurer to join our Management Committee and help guide our organisation’s financial health and sustainability.

About the Role: As Treasurer, you will:

  • Provide Governance oversight for the financial affairs of the organisation
  • Assist in the development of budgets, monitor spending, and complete and present a brief financial report to the Management Committee on a monthly basis
  • Provide guidance on compliance with relevant regulations
  • Attend Management Committee Meetings, on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, 5:30pm to 7:30pm (online and face to face quarterly).
  • Be available to attend and Chair the Finance Subcommittee meetings up to 4 times per year. 

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has extensive experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (formal qualifications are a plus but not essential)
  • Is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to our mission
  • Can commit to regular meetings and occasional additional responsibilities
