Help Strengthen Our Community

Are you passionate about driving grassroots change, promoting inclusion, and advancing social justice? The Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre (MNC) is seeking skilled, committed individuals to join our voluntary Board.

About Us

MNC is a vibrant, community-based organisation on the Sunshine Coast. We support families, people experiencing homelessness, isolation, hardship, and disadvantage. Our vision is to create a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered.

What We're Looking For We welcome diverse experiences and especially value expertise in:

•Finance

•Legal or Governance

•Marketing, Media, Communications

•Social Services or Community Development

•Fundraising or PhilanthropyBoard Member Commitments

•Attend monthly meetings (3–4hrs/month total)

•Serve on at least one subcommittee

•Contribute to strategy, planning, and governance

•Advocate for MNC and assist in fundraisingWhy Join?
