IEF Volunteer CEO

A leader who connects. Engage communities and partners to make a real difference!

The Indigenous Education Foundation (IEF) a leading not-for-profit organisation which drives financial independence through indigenous led community, education and ecology programs. We are now seeking a new volunteer CEO to take us to the next level in realising our strategic vision and mission.

As our new CEO you’ll make a real difference to the lives of people by supporting and empowering indigenous-led community education and ecology programs. Your contribution will ensure our programs have the resources and leadership to make a real difference in people’s lives. This is a volunteer position for an experienced and compassionate leader.

Your CEO volunteer responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic plans and manage NFP financial responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of dedicated volunteers
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Working with the Board to develop and execute the strategic plan

Are you our new CEO?

  • Do you have senior leadership experience in the NFP/community sector
  • Strong understand of stakeholder management and engagement
  • Strong communication skills
