Applications are sought for strategic and high performing individuals to join the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) Board as a part time member.

CIT is a territory authority established under the Canberra Institute of Technology Act 1987 and the CIT Board commenced operation on 1 July 2015.

CIT plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality vocational education and training to support the training needs for Canberra and the surrounding region. As part of a forward-leaning, skills-driven strategy, the CIT Board steers governance, financial management, and strategic direction—supporting Canberra’s workforce needs.

Applications are encouraged from experienced professionals with relevant experience and knowledge, a proven track record in change management and who can operate within expected behavioural and ethical standards.
