The Sophia Waldorf School Board is currently seeking experienced professionals to join our initiative and assist us in working towards opening the first certified Steiner School on the Gold Coast, in January 2027. The board meets monthly in Nerang (Gold Coast), with division of tasks completed between meetings. Organisation and attendance of seasonal festivals and celebrations is also expected where possible. Experience with Steiner Philosophy/education is highly regarded yet not essential, though a passion for opening a values driven, independent school is essential. This is a voluntary role and a meaningful opportunity to help shape a future Steiner School for children and families in the Gold Coast community.
