The DV Collective is seeking an experienced NFP Company Secretary.
The Domestic Violence Collective is the largest network of domestic violence frontline services, including shelters, case management, legal support, wrap-around material aid support, peer-to-peer support and recovery programs. We support over 300 of these services, by understanding the gaps in resources and partnering with some of Australia’s largest organisations to build capacity and provide these vital resources.
Our goal – no woman or child is turned away or put on a waitlist when fleeing domestic violence.
The role will be required to -
- Co-ordinate and attend 6 weekly board meetings
- Manage governance and regulatory compliance
- Maintain records
- Preparing agendas in consultation with the Chair, producing board packs, and taking accurate, timely minutes.
- A central liaison point for directors, staff, and external stakeholders.
