Precious Angels In-Home Care ltd is a for purpose (not for profit), registered ACNC Charity, NDIS registered Service Provider based in South East Brisbane (Queensland).
We provide high-quality disability support to children, teenagers and young adults with complex and high-support needs.
Our mission is simple: to create safe, stable and empowering environments where young people with disability can thrive and families feel genuinely supported.
We address a critical gap in the disability sector. Families of children with complex needs often experience workforce instability, inconsistent care, and under-trained staff. Our model focuses on careful recruitment, strong training, safeguarding, and long-term relationships with families.
We currently employ 44 staff and support more than 55 families. Many of the young people we support have significant medical or behavioural needs requiring skilled and consistent teams.
Our long-term family retention and repeat referrals reflect the trust placed in our organisation.
Our current priorities include strengthening workforce capability, improving operational sustainability, and expanding structured day programs for post-school young adults.
