We are seeking a Board Director with strong financial management expertise and/or fundraising experience to help guide the organisation’s long term financial sustainability and strategic direction.
This is an opportunity work with a skilled passionate team and contribute your financial expertise to an organisation that changes lives every day. By joining our Board, you will help ensure vulnerable people across the Central Tablelands and Blue Mountains can access free legal support when they need it most.
Central Tablelands and Blue Mountains Community Legal Centre is an independent, not for profit, non-government organisation providing free, accessible, legal services to individuals and communities in the Central Tablelands and Blue Mountains regions. Our work supports people most in need, especially those facing socio-economic hardship, to make informed decisions in challenging and complex situations.
The role involves 6 x 2 hour board meetings per year, quarterly 2 hour finance meetings and approximately 3-5 hours per month for meeting preparation. Remote attendance is available.
