The Australian Flying Disc Association (AFDA) is the national sporting organisation responsible for flying disc sports in Australia.
AFDA is seeking an independent Chair to lead its newly established Nominations Committee.
The Committee supports the Board in overseeing board composition, succession planning and recruitment of directors and committee members. The Chair will play a key role in supporting AFDA’s transition to a skills-based, majority-independent governance model.
The Committee meets approximately 3–4 times per year online.
Applications are encouraged from candidates with governance, board recruitment, human resources or leadership experience. Prior experience in flying disc is not required.
