We are seeking a Special Skills Director to join the Board and chair our Governance & Strategy Committee. This is a genuine governance seat created to strengthen the Board’s commercial capability at a pivotal moment for the organisation.
The VFF is modernising how it grows and serves its membership, diversifies its revenue, and builds partnerships with the commercial sector. We are looking for a director who can bring sharp strategic counsel, constructive challenge and independent judgement to the following priorities:
- Commercial strategy and revenue diversification - helping the VFF build new income streams beyond traditional membership fees
- Marketing and brand strategy - guiding our approach to brand positioning, member acquisition and retention
- Partnerships and sponsorship - supporting the development of high-value corporate partnerships and commercial relationships
