Subject Matter

  • Knowledge of community (disability or aged) client relationship management systems
  • Digital technologies
  • Systems enhancement and integration, and reporting
  • Cyber security
  • Governance and assurance of information, data and technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with due diligence of ICT software, infrastructure and systems
  • Provide a sounding board with opportunities for systems enhancement or business optimisations.
  • Support the uplift of the organisation with ICT knowledge management ,  cyber security and risk reduction
  • Business continuity
