Are you passionate about strengthening regional communities and creating positive social impact?

Ravenshoe Community Centre Inc. (RCC) is seeking an outstanding Chair and several Directors to help guide the organisation through its next phase of growth, sustainability and community impact.

For more than 30 years, RCC has been at the heart of the Ravenshoe community, delivering vital services that support children, families, older people, young people and vulnerable community members across the Tablelands region of Far North Queensland.

As a director or Chair, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills, experience and leadership to an organisation that plays a critical role in enhancing community wellbeing, resilience and social connection.

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:

  • Community Services and Social Impact
  • Health, Aged Care and Wellbeing
  • Finance, Audit and Risk Management
  • Governance and Board Leadership
  • Human Resources and Workforce Development
  • Education and Youth Services
  • Regional and Remote Communities
  • Strategic Planning and Organisational Development
  • Business, Commercial or Executive Leadership

Previous Board experience is welcomed but not essential. We value diversity of thought, lived experience and a genuine commitment to community service.
