Purpose of the Role
The Independent Director (CPA qualified) and Chair of the Finance, Audit, Risk and Investment Committee (FARIC) provides strategic oversight of ASUM’s financial management, audit, risk and investment governance. The role supports the Board in ensuring the organisation’s financial sustainability, strong governance practices, effective risk management and compliance obligations, while contributing independent judgement and contemporary financial expertise to Board decision-making.
