Paid: Independent Director fees are proposed at $500 plus GST for full-day meetings, with any approved reasonable expenses reimbursed in accordance with DAC/Lailai Holdings Pty Ltd policy.
Dambimangari Aboriginal Corporation is seeking expressions of interest for an Independent Director to join the Board of Lailai Holdings Pty Ltd, DAC's newly established commercial arm.
Lailai Holdings Pty Ltd has been established to pursue commercial opportunities that support economic development, business growth, employment, training and long-term financial sustainability for Dambimangari people.
The Independent Director will join two DAC Board Directors who also sit on the Lailai Holdings Pty Ltd Board, working collaboratively to provide commercial, governance and strategic guidance as the company moves through its estabilshment and early operational phase.
This is not a position on the DAC Board. The Independent Director will be appointed to the Board of Lailai Holdings Pty Ltd.
