We welcome applications from experienced directors and senior leaders, as well as emerging Board members who bring fresh perspectives and valuable lived experience.
We are committed to building a Board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. We strongly encourage applications from First Nations peoples, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, people living with disability, younger leaders, and individuals whose lived experience brings valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing young people today.
Previous board experience is welcomed but not essential. For candidates with the right skills, values and commitment, governance training and ongoing support can be provided.
