We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic community members to join our team of like-minded professionals on our Board of Management. As a community hub, open 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, our philosophy, practice and core values are guided by a strong commitment to child safety, community engagement and quality outcomes.
Based on the Central Coast of NSW, we are proud to support our community with material aid, information, advice and referrals. We strive to provide a safe and inclusive space for our community to meet, socialise and study, with facilitated events bringing our community together to connect and flourish.
With almost 35 years of experience, our accessible and affordable childcare service, Kariong OOSH @ Kariong Neighbourhood Centre offers primary school aged children and their families a safe and nurturing community-run option.
As a member of our Board of Management you will bring your own unique skills and perspectives to support the strategic growth of this invaluable asset in our community. Previous knowledge or experience of community services and the education and care sector is preferred, but not essential. A commitment to child safety and building thriving communities is non-negotiable.
