Want to make a real difference in your community? Join CLA’s Board and help support inclusion, fairness and stronger opportunities for people and families.

Community Living Association (CLA) believes in building inclusive communities where all people are valued. We are seeking new members to join our Board. 

We welcome people who are committed to social justice, inclusion and the rights of people with disability, and the rights of young people in out of home care and their families. 

You don't need previous Board experience. We are interested in people who bring different experiences, perspectives, skills and community connections. 

Particular areas of interest include: 

  • Housing and property 
  • Finance and business administration 
  • Technology and digital systems 
  • Human resources and workforce development 
  • Disability and community services 
  • Governance and leadership 
  • Lived and community experience connected to CLA's work 

If you care about strong communities, social inclusion and creating opportunities for people to thrive, we would love to hear from you. 

These voluntary appointments are based on skills, commitment, governance fit and the ability to contribute to CLA's purpose.
