In providing independent governance oversight and special real estate expertise, you will help guide the strategies to grow a substantial property portfolio - already anticipated to top $500 million by 2030.
Top professional, personal and social skills are paramount…
It’s expected you’ll bring substantial experience, and success, in large-scale real estate, property development, property investment, social infrastructure, capital projects, corporate real estate strategy or major asset portfolios. Board experience is also a must. A strong governance capability and strategic judgement will complement your excellent operational capabilities and enviable communications skills.
