Critical Path holds quarterly ordinary meetings annually (4 per year), currently on Tuesday evenings from 5.30pm, either on site or remotely. The AGM usually precedes the April meeting on the same evening. In addition, members attend one annual planning day, preferably on site and in person. Occasional input or special meetings may be added in consultation with staff and members.

The Treasurer is an Office Bearer of the Association and plays a key role in the financial sustainability of the organisation, overseeing the works of the Finance Manager and Director to ensure:

  • All money due to the association is collected and received
  • All payments made by the association are made
  • Correct books and accounts are kept
  • Financial procedures are compliant to regulations
