Since 1989, Sunshine Coast Independent Living Service (SCILS) has been empowering people with disability to live meaningful, independent, and connected lives. As a respected not-for-profit charity and registered NDIS provider, SCILS delivers a wide range of supports that foster inclusion, choice, community participation, and positive outcomes across the Sunshine Coast.
SCILS is seeking passionate and community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills, experience, and leadership to an organisation with a long-standing reputation for making a genuine difference in the lives of people with disability and their families.
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals with experience in areas such as governance, finance, legal, human resources, risk management, marketing, business leadership, community development, disability services, or strategic planning.
As a Board Director, you will play an important role in guiding the strategic direction, sustainability, and ongoing success of SCILS while helping to strengthen inclusive communities and create opportunities for people with disability to thrive.
