Board Directors

Join a progressive NFP organisation with a workforce solutions national footprint making a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.  MADEC Australia is now seeking experienced Non-Executive Directors to join their Board.  Together with the renewed executive leadership team we are embarking on our next chapter of strategic growth and impact.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Provide governance oversight of MADEC’s transformation across our strategic pillars; individuals, solutions, stakeholders, sustainability and people & culture
  • Impact a Board culture that values rigorous governance, transparency and collaborative decision making
  • Govern a for purpose organisation delivering services that empower individuals, connect them with support, enhance skills and confidence and create opportunities for lasting change

About MADEC Australia

MADEC is a not-for-profit organisation with a service delivery network spanning metropolitan and rural areas across Australia.  Our services portfolio includes labour hire, employment services, vocational training, and other community related programs.

We have up to three Board Director positions to be filled.  All applications will be considered based on experience, expertise and organisational fit.
