Expressions of Interest are now open for people interested in joining our Board of Directors for the 2026-2029 term.

As the peak body for community Landcare across the Northern Territory (NT), our purpose is to represent, strengthen, support and grow the NT’s Landcare movement to improve the health of the natural environment and working landscapes.

We are in an exciting period of growth, delivering significant community-led environmental projects, responding to member and community needs, and acting on challenges and opportunities in the NT and nationally.

Guide our next chapter

As a Board Director, you’ll help guide Landcare NT during an important period of growth and support an organisation working to strengthen community-led care for nature across the Territory.

Who we are looking for

Whether your experience comes from the boardroom, community, environmental sector, business or the bush, we encourage you to consider how your skills could help guide Landcare NT’s next chapter.

People with expertise and skills in the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:

  • Governance, risk and compliance
  • Strategy and business development
  • Financial management, fundraising and revenue diversification
  • Environmental management and/or community development
  • Board and executive leadership experience
