The Vice Chairperson works closely with and supports the Chair in providing effective leadership to the Amber NT Board. The role includes assisting with Board matters, encouraging constructive participation and helping maintain good governance and decision-making.
The Vice Chairperson also acts as Chair when required and should be willing and able to step into the leadership role when the Chair is unavailable.
We are seeking someone who is collaborative, dependable and comfortable taking on a leadership role when needed, with a commitment to Amber NT’s purpose and the families and communities we support.
