Lycée Condorcet is Sydney's leading French international school, providing a bilingual French-English education from preschool to secondary school. As part of the global network of French international schools, we educate students from more than 40 nationalities and are committed to academic excellence, cultural diversity and preparing globally minded future citizens.

We are seeking an experienced governance, risk and audit professional to join our Board and chair the Audit & Risk Management Committee. This volunteer position is ideal for a senior executive, board director, audit partner, risk leader or governance professional who is passionate about education and looking to contribute their expertise to a purpose-driven organisation. The successful candidate will help strengthen the school's governance framework, oversee risk management and compliance, and provide advice to the Board on matters of audit, risk and internal controls.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to one of Australia's most respected international schools while working alongside a highly engaged Board and leadership team. Previous board experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome expressions of interest from individuals with strong expertise in audit, risk, governance, compliance, legal, financial or regulatory disciplines.
